Grey hair care

As long as you don't lose your hair, most likely your natural hair will turn grey or white.

But does grey hair have to be hidden from the world?

Many people worry that their hair will age them, make them look dull, or simply not fit.The obvious thing is that hair changes as our body ages. The hair follicles on our head stop producing melatonin, which is genetically determined and not only a matter of environmental factors and our care. This does not mean that you should not fight to extend the life of your hair.

- Grey hair is naturally drier. However, by taking care of them and taking care of the right cosmetics, we can make them smooth, elegant and radiant.

First of all, the right shampoo and conditioner - the so-called blue. The recommended frequency of use is once or twice a month. Otherwise, the hair will turn purple.

- Bet on sharp scissors. Avoid clippers as this can fray the tips and make the whole style look a bit neat. Entrust your strands to good professionals and make sure you trim regularly, every 6-8 weeks.

-Massage the scalp. This stimulates blood circulation and the production of sebum, which is naturally produced by your hair, with greater difficulty than in adolescence.

- Try to avoid overexposure to harmful factors such as polluted environment and UV radiation.
